MENU

Spinach Salad - Fresh spinach salad tossed with a unique sweet and spicy bacon dressing and large delicious mushrooms.

Oysters En Brochette - Baked fresh oysters stuffed with pine nuts, rolled in leek leaves and bacon. Topped with creamy lemon butter sauce.

Shrimp Cocktails - Jumbo shrimp served with cocktail and Creole Mustard Sauce.

Eggplant Crab Cake - Served with creamy lemon butter sauce and chives.

Cannelloni Gerard - Crepes Stuffed with fresh ground beef, imported cheeses and spinach. Baked and served with tomato alfredo sauce.

Stuffed Mushrooms with Cheese Sauce

Carpaccio With Asparagus - Asparagus rolled in thinly sliced tenderloin steak served with capers, shallots, and olive oil.

Italian Meatballs

Stuffed Artichoke Bottoms - Artichoke bottoms stuffed with Crabmeat and white wine cheese sauce.

Chicken Wings
